The UK Horseboarding Championships 2022
We are the proud sponsors of the official UK Horseboarding championship. What is horseboarding you may ask? Horseboarding is basically going as fast as possible on a wheeled longboard with an extended wheel base, whilst trying not to get knocked over or falling down. Events include a straight-line dash and a longer, gated course.
According to one of horseboarding's founding members, the sport developed as an offshoot from horse drawn surfing in around 2004. Several years late in 2014, the first official horseboarding championship was created by brothers Daniel Fowler-Prime and Thomas Kilroy.
Horseboarding is a great spectator sport and offers lots of excitement, thrills and spills. The next official horseboarding event takes place at the Cheshire Game and Country Fair on the 28th and 29th of August. The 2022 Horseboarding Finals take place on 10th and 11th of September at the Cheshire Game and Country Fair.
