The Severn Theatre

The Theatre Severn is a relatively modern structure, having been fully completed on the 25th March 2009. It is a purpose built building with entertainment at the forefront of it design. It is owned and operated by the local council authority.

As with many contemporary theatres in the UK, diversification is key and the Severn definitely falls into the category. You can expect to see a wide range of engaging performances from stand-up comedy, ballet, pantomime, musicals, classical music performances, contemporary dance, talks, exhibitions, screenings and more.

Overall, the theatre is rated is by it patrons as being “excellent”.
