Savu Alder Smoker Bag Recipe #1
Cod with Vegetables
Wash the spring onions, radishes, samphire, lemons and new potatoes.
Remove the roots from the spring onion and radishes. Cut the lemon in half lengthwise.
Cut the radishes in half and the spring onions into quarters lengthways.
Place the spring onions, radishes and new potatoes in the Savu smoker bag. Please note the correct orientation for the bags. Place the cod fillets on top of the veg in the bag. Now place the samphire on top of the fish and vegetables already in the bag. Squeeze lemon juice over everything and place a half lemon on top of each fillet.
Cover everything in a light layer of olive oil.
Cook on gas mark 7 for 30 minutes or until the potato is tender.
Allow to rest for 5 minutes. Place on a plate and drench in remaining juices. Serve immediately.

4 Red Radishes
200 grams of samphire
8 Medium Sized New Potatoes
Salt & Pepper
