If you have ordered the wrong colour or size, we are happy to exchange it for the one you would like, provided you follow these simple instruction:
1) Please ensure the items are in perfect, mint condition and are returned to us in the original packaging.
2) We ask that you use a signed for 1st or 2nd class service.
3) Please include a note stating why you are returning the item and what you would like us to do e.g. refund/exchange/replace e.t.c.
4) As soon as we receive the item back, we will send you a replacement out the following day (provided we have stock). If we do not have the item in stock, we will contact you to discuss your options.
