The V-Sharp Classic II uses two high quality, 325 grit diamond rods that sharpen the blade on both sides simultaneously using calibrated spring tension. Ideal for kitchen, fillet, hunting and most other flat-blade knives. The unit features a hand-crafted steel frame, a solid rubber base and a durable black powder-coat finish.
The V-Sharp Classic II features a quick angle adjustor to select between a 20 degree, a 25 degree or a 30 degree sharpening angle for kitchen, hunting or rough cutting tasks respectively.
The unit benefits from a blade guide making sharpening a cinch.
