Mora of Sweden use only blades made of Swedish cold-rolled stainless steel from Sandvik for their Chef's kitchen knives, combined with a good ergonomic Double-moulded rubber grip, it makes the knives feel good and dependable in the hand when you use them. Etching on the handle makes them extra grippy so suitable for use in wet conditions.
The blades are hardened by deep refrigeration at -80 degrees for maximum hardness. Hardness: 58 RC. Blade length 216 mm - STIFF
